About Marina
Real estate is a fascinating business; one with a unique balance of logic and emotions. The harmony of the two is what makes me love what I do. I bring my special expertise and knowledge to every transaction that helps my clients in walking through their buying or selling process. I earned my MBA and have had my own business in non-profit International Business Management since 1993. I have a thorough understanding of business logistics and also of the psychological component of all people involved.
Working with multiple parties through any transaction requires diplomacy and excellent communication and negotiation skills. I study the market attentively and am very thorough in helping my clients to gain all the information needed to make their decisions; every step of the way. It is crucial to be fast, responsive, readily available and to take a genuine interest in what is important to my clients during the process, beyond just the 'bottom line.' That can be anything from listening to their stories and being there for them emotionally, babysitting their cat, helping to sell personal belongings or clean their house - I am here to help with it all, however I can! My biggest professional accomplishment is having the opportunity to assist over 150 individuals with important transitions in life by selling their home or with buying their next home. I see every sale as a great accomplishment.
My largest sale was priced at $2 million and is one of my proudest moments. It was a complex, complicated transaction with seven counter offers but we made it happen! Being chosen by clients to list their home that I helped them purchase is another part of this business that makes me feel very proud.
The passion and knowledge I have for real estate has helped me earn a couple special honors that mean a lot to me: - Member of the Director's Circle, four years in a row - Named The Rising Star of Real Estate for my office Originally from Russia, I have such an appreciation for this beautiful desert that I have called home for over 25 years. While there are nearly 1 million people in Tucson, I love that it still feels like that 'big small town'. I love the mountain ranges, the climate and the cultural diversity of our town as well.
