About Joni

As a Long Realty agent, I have all the best tools at my fingertips, along with years of experience backing me up. I am very hard working and always put honesty and integrity before anything else. I enjoy so many aspects of real estate; there is always something new to learn and your business is really what you make of it. This business allows me to connect with people and provide them with an exceptional service they won't forget. An added bonus is being able to usually make great friends from my amazing clients. Before real estate, I worked as a personal trainer/fitness instructor in a corporate wellness center for 14 years. I also worked with special needs preschool children. I absolutely loved those jobs because it gave me the opportunity to connect and build relationships with people. It has helped tremendously in real estate because I have worked with all kinds of different people and have learned to be an effective problem solver with a widespread of concerns or issues. Above all, I always have my client’s best interest at heart. When my very first client told me that he was so happy I was his REALTOR® because he felt I had really gone above and beyond for him, I knew this was going to be a very rewarding business. To this day, I make an effort to go the extra mile when I can. After viewing multiple properties with a client, I offered to go back to each of the homes we had visited to search for keys the client was afraid they had left behind. Although the keys didn’t turn up, my clients were very appreciative of my efforts. We moved into our home in Vail over the 4th of July weekend in 2015 and have fallen in love with it here.
